Karasu let out a small smile at her excitement. Is she always like this? He wondered as he opened the large double doors. Inside, the abandoned hotel was relatively better, if that. Graffiti covered the walls and old footprints stained the floor. Besides that, the hotel lobby looked well kept. There was a sofa and coffee table up against one side, and a staircase to the other wall. Under the dirt, the floor looked to be made out of some sort of linoleum, something rarely seen in the small town where every floor was either hardwood or a tatami mat. An old chandelier swung softly as he closed the door behind them. “It was to be the first Western style hotel in Izumisano, but it didn’t get good reception. The locals would rather have an old Japanese style inn.” He explained as Luka looked around.

She looked around, it was…decent. The devilish thoughts came into her mind, what exactly would this man do to her? She wouldn’t mind being taken on the floor right now. Luka shook these thoughts from her head again, this man didn’t seem like the type.

The young man gave a shrug at her response, leading her to the steps of what appeared to be a vacant building. Though the colors were faded, it was clear that this hotel was likely beautiful during it’s opening, judging from the vines growing on the walls, expensive looking birdbaths and benches. “This is where I stay. It’s probably nothing like what you’re used to, but it’s very nice inside.” He commented, rubbing the back of his head.

She studied the building, imaging the years ago when the grand opening would have happened. In her mind, it was beautiful. Though, now, it was a different story. Perhaps with a paint job and a celebrity staying here, it could get up and running again. She thought to herself, this could be a good publicity stunt. Luka giggled following the boy. He was quite cute, she wouldn’t mind being held down by him… She shook these thoughts from her brain, trying to cover her blushing face with her hand.

Karasu motioned for her to walk with him, shoving his uncovered hands into the pockets of his denim cargo pants. “Actually, I seem to have gotten myself in a little fix. I was hoping that if I looked around, I’d find the answer. All I found was a beautiful woman, though.” He said with a smirk. “If you’re lost, you might want to find a place to stay for the night. It’s pretty late already.”

She followed, “I guess I am kind of lost.” she admitted. Luka didn’t quite remember what she was doing outside her house, actually. It didn’t matter now. A mysterious new man is in her life, maybe if they waltzed by Kaito she could play it up to make him jealous, then he’d really want her back! Her plan quickly faded, realizing she was over him already. Though, it’d be nice if it went that way. This Karasu man seemed like the one to see through a silly plan like that.

He squinted a bit, turning his head to the side. “Luka… Like that singer?” His eyes widened in surprise, it finally hitting him. “You are the singer!” A tone of excitement escaped, though he quickly regained composure. Something in his eyes had changed though. There was a small sparkle of joy in them, and something else. Karasu recognized her as Kaito’s ex-girlfriend, the one that for a while, she wondered if she could amount to. In the back of his mind, he wondered what to do now. “My name is Karasu.” He said slowly, gauging her reaction to see if she recognized him.

“Yes, like the singer!” she felt her cheeks flush a bit at his recognition. “Karasu, huh?” she put on a pokerface, she’d pretend to not know of him. “That’s a nice name, somewhat feminine, though.” she giggled to herself at the thought this was actually a woman, great pick, Kaito. “So, why are you outside so late? It’s not a good idea to be out.”

the-nightmare-maker:

Karasu crossed his arms over his chest. It was rather cold out, though he was used to it. He’d rather be shivering than sweating. With a tilt of his head, he teased in his usual serious tone. “That’s what I should be asking. Aren’t you the big talker.” He let out a soft chuckle. “What’s your name?”

“My name?” it was weird for someone not to know of her, she was Luka Megurine! Former girlfriend of Kaito Shion. Though, he wouldn’t know that. Oddly enough he did fit the description that Kaito had mention to her so much about his new girlfriend, one called ‘Karasu’. Though this person before her was obviously male, still though something was weird about this man. She puffed out her cheeks in jealously. Sure, she was the one to end the relationship, but he had found a new love already? “My name is Luka.” she stated flatly.

the-nightmare-maker:

Turning around, he saw the young girl approaching him. She was gorgeous, maybe too well dressed for this part of town. It was obvious she didn’t belong. After she caught up to him, he said bluntly, “You must be lost. Normally the only interactions that go on here is mugging.”

She thought for a moment, his words stung her like ice. However, as she studied his eyes she noticed there wasn’t any real danger in them. Strange, this man resembled a woman that was often spoken about. “True, but I think I can take care of myself.” she laughed, trying to back up her words. Luka wasn’t much of a fighter, more like big talk. “What brings someone like you in the streets late at night? It’s dangerous! Especially the…cuter ones.” she let a flirtatious tone escape from her lips.

the-nightmare-maker:

Karasu was still getting used to his new body. In a run down suburb like this one, he didn’t know what was left to do in it. With a grunt, he picked up his duffel bag of instant foods and the remainder of his girl clothes. It was time to leave Izumisano.

Luka was wondering through the streets, it was getting late and she had lost her way. It was unlike her to get this way with directions, but she had a lot on her mind at this current moment. In the distance, she saw a man? Was it a man? He sure had a feminine figure. She decided to approach him, she waved, still a good distance away. “H-hey!” she shouted.
